The location was convenient, with easy access to shopping and dining, making it ideal for families. The pool area featured well-kept loungers perfect for relaxing. However, the soundproofing between rooms was poor, leading to noise disturbances. The lack of room service on New Year's Eve was very disappointing, especially since we chose the hotel for that feature. Additionally, better communication about restaurant availability would have been appreciated.

Amazing, Amazing, Amazing

I had a fantastic time with my family in the larger guest room with 2 double beds! The spacious layout was perfect for us, and we totally loved having access to Netflix and Amazon Prime right from our room-great for movie nights! The outdoor swimming pool was such a highlight too. We lounged under the sun and enjoyed every moment of our stay!

Stayed in the Larger Guest room, 1 King. The mattress was seriously worn, not comfy at all. No shower gel or shampoo in the pump bottles either, which was annoying. The view was okay but not great. The TV didn't have a channel guide and it took forever to get help for that. Also, there were no drawers in the furniture, so we had to live out of our suitcases. Definitely not what I expected for the price!
